Jeff: Hello, everybody. This is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today we're going to take a look at this replacement primary shoe retractor spring for your Dexter 12 inch by 2 inch free-backing hydraulic brakes. This part will replace one primary shoe retractor spring on your 12 inch by two inch Dexter free backing hydraulic brakes. It is designed to work on the driver's side brake assembly, which we sell. It's part number 23-342, or the passenger side brake assembly, part number 23-343.
This spring will attach to the primary brake shoe on your brake assembly, and it retracts the brake shoe away from your brake drum when the brakes are released. It is for quantity of one spring and it is made in the USA. But that should do it for the review on the replacement primary shoe retractor spring for the Dexter 12 inch by 2 inch free backing hydraulic brakes.
