I utilized this mounting kit in-leu-of the plastic mounting kit included with the Derale Cooler. This kit was much better for mounting the fluid cooler in front of the radiator and AC condenser.

- Fasteners Needed to Attach Derale Transmission Cooler to RadiatorIf you're speaking of the rod and pad zip ties, we do indeed offer those as part # D13001. If you'd rather use metal strapping, you can use part # D13063 or the # D13002. For a neater appearance, Derale offers the # D50020 bracket kit. For ease of use, the # D13001 would be your best bet. The rods will actually pass through the gaps between the radiator fins.

I contacted Derale about any additional parts you'll need and confirmed that if you plan to connect the lines using rubbing tubing you'll need the tubing and clamps that you can source locally. As well as two of each fitting # D98202 and # D98201. You'll also may need a mounting kit like # D13001 or # D13063.

For your Suburban you will instead want the Derale Hyper-Cool # D15960 which is essentially the same cooler with fan but designed to work with the 1/2 inch lines.
