Fits long-side terminal bolt of battery to add direct-to-battery auxiliary connections, such as 12-volt leads and brake controllers.Does the job for GM trucks with dual batteries and a big cable running between them. I wanted to add a battery maintainer that came with ring crimp connectors. This did the job. The ring connectors never fit properly UNDER the cables and I was worried that that arrangement was preventing a good connections of the cable to the battery.
