Speaker 1: Today, we're gonna be taking a look at the replacement tray for Dee Zee 20" Wide Red and Blue Label Toolboxes. This is gonna be a really handy pice to put in your toolbox to keep all those smaller items organized. You're gonna have a lot of different options on how you can store stuff. You'll have the two larger spaces here for any larger items like manuals or a tape measure, something like that, along with these two smaller pockets for smaller things like maybe nuts or bolts, or small allon keys and things like that.You'll also have the small holes around the tabs at the edges, as well as right here for any smaller tools like screwdrivers, maybe a small hammer. So it'll have a lot of ways to keep those things up and out of your toolbox as a whole.Something that I also like about this is that there's a little ruler on the edge of our larger pockets. We have one in metric, so you're gonna have the millimeters there, and you'll also have one in English measurements, so you'll have your inches here as well.
And that's on both sides of this. So one tray will be metric, the other tray will be English.This is made from a heavy-duty molded plastic. It does have a max capacity of 10 pounds, so keep that in mind that nothing seriously heavy can go in there. Those tabs are just gonna rest on the edge of your toolbox, and as far as the dimensions on this, it's going to measure from tab-to-tab about 18-1/4". And then from edge-to-edge here, it'll be about 15".When we get into talking about the usable space inside here, we'll have about 5" of space on those larger pockets.
As far as the distance here, that's about 14-1/2" there. On the smaller pockets, it's about 4"x2". So that gives you an idea of how much space you have on both those sides.Again, there is that handle in the middle to make transporting this easy.And that's gonna do it for our look at the Replacement Toolbox Tray for Standard Toolboxes from Dee Zee.

Received the toolbox on 1/3 along with additional tray. Good service considering the weather around the U S.
I saw in one of the correspondences a request of returning a picture after the toolbox had been mounted.
The box was mounted inbed on a Ford 150 Platinum with an accordion style bed cover fully deployed ( Pic 1 ).
Pic 2 shows there is plenty of room between the top of the lid and the bottom of the bed cover.
Pic 3 shows the bed cover fully stacked with plenty of room to fully open the toolbox lid. Thus the toolbox has
weather protection and additional security by salvaging the bed cover. I looked at other styles but found the molding of the fender welds not conducive for inbed mounting. Although there is space between the sides of the box
and the side beds, it allows me to take advantage of the tie-downs mounted on the side beds. Thanks for the prompt service and staying in touch
