• Should Hook of Curt Pintle Combo Adapter Clamp Down on Ball Coupler
  You do not want to pull the pintle hook of the Curt Pintle Hook part # C45910-15-20 down onto the coupler. It would be too tight to the top of the coupler and would not let it pivot like it needs to and that's not what it was designed for. It should only be used on a lunette ring application. A properly sized coupler in good shape would have no problem staying attached to the ball of this. I attached a review video for this for you to check out as well.

The BulletProof Hitch adjustable ball mount is a 3" wide channel with 2" between the adjustment holes and the Curt pintle and ball is designed for a 3" wide channel with 2" adjustment holes so everything on my end says they should work.   You will want to use the Curt Lock Set # C23556 to secure the Curt Pintle Hook with 2-5/16" Ball # C45910-15-20. One pin will replace one of the pins that comes with the pintle hook and the other can be used to secure the shank in your trailer hitch.
