Perfect fit for our Thule chariot
Ordering through etrailer was great. I got exactly what part I needed (new handlebar) at a very reasonable price, even though my stroller is over 10 years old. The company did an awesome job of communicating with me. I will definitely order from this company again.
We purchased our Chariot Carriers Cougar 1 so long ago I've forgotten the exact date, probably 2012. It's still in use with our youngest today, which is why I was disappointed to realize that we had somehow lost the handlebar during a recent move. I found this product and ordered it with my fingers crossed. The price was right and the shipping was very fast. I was thrilled to find this piece fits into the chassis perfectly - a perfect match. Now we are back in action. I'm very pleased.
The product arrived very quickly and in perfect condition. My only gripe was the cost of the product which seemed a tad over-priced for what it was.. but that's the story with replacement parts so it's understandable.

Fits well on the cougar 1. However, it has a fixed height, and is a bit low compared to other joggers I use (Bobs). I'm 6'3".
