Are you guilty of leaving your generator outside for days at a time, exposed to the hot sun, extreme cold, or rain? When you drag it out of the shed for the first time in 6 months, are you tired of hosing off cobwebs and layers of dust, wondering if dirt got into the engine, and just praying it will start? The regret of not getting a storage cover can eat at you. Don't let it.
The Champion generator storage cover offers unbeatable protection for your 2,800 to 5,500-watt inverter generator. This durable, weather-resistant cover is designed to protect your costly investment from the elements. Its tough vinyl exterior combats damaging UV rays, moisture from rain and snow, and the troublesome effects of dirt, dust, and debris. For additional peace of mind, the cover's interior is lined with a soft cotton to prevent ugly scuff marks and scratches, keeping your generator looking new all year round!
Some storage covers look like an 8-year-old trying to wear their parent's clothes: loose, baggy, and ultimately doesn't work. This cover is designed to give a custom-like fit around your generator. It slides on easily and the elastic base secures tightly around your generator with integrated, easy-to-use drawstrings and core lock. The snug fit looks good, keeps the bad stuff out, and prevents the cover from flapping in the wind.
Most large inverter generators come equipped with carrying handles to make transport easier, but not all storage covers accommodate these generators. This cover has quick-access zippers on the top that align with your generator's carrying handles, so you no longer need to struggle to pick up your generator from the bottom or remove the cover to carry it from point A to point B. Simply unzip, grab the handles, and off you go. But don't forget to zip them back up after transport!

What's up, everybody. It's AJ with etrailer.com. Today we're gonna be checking out this Champions Generator generator cover. So it's gonna slide right over the generator and protect it whether it's in storage in the garage or you have it in the basement door of your rig, it's gonna keep it nice and clean. Let's check it out. Take a look at the cover.
It's got a very durable nylon, so it's gonna hold up. If you we're to go put it in the basement door and something would try and and snag it, it wouldn't rip or tear very easily. It's one thing I really like about it. With the cover on there, you have two zips at the top. That way you can get to the handles.
So you can still lift it up and move it when you need to and you don't have to take the whole cover off of it. Looking at the bottom, it does have this elastic cord so you can pull it tight towards the bottom. So you see that it's not just stopping at the wheel, it actually goes up and underneath the generator, giving protection all the way around. On the inside, it's got a softer texture so you don't have to worry about it scratching up the generator when you go to slide it on there. Now the cover's gonna work with generators from 2,800 watts to 5,500 watts.
And it's not just for if you're putting it in the garage or in your basement. You're using at the job site and you just wanna throw this over there at the end of the day, it's gonna keep that dirt out of there. And it's got UV protection on there as well. So even if it's just out in the sun, you don't wanna leave the generator out there when it's not running, just throw the cover on it. Now last thing is it's really easy to put over the generator.
Check out how I did it. Installing the covers is really easy. You have the elastic bottom here. You can use this button to loosen up just a little bit or tighten it. We're gonna get it kind of loose there. I'll tighten it once I slide it overtop. And with that soft inside, you don't have to worry about scratching it as you put it on the generator. Slide that over and we'll go down to the bottom. Make sure it goes all the way down and snug it up. Make sure you go around the wheels. And it's actually on there pretty tight, so I don't need to snug it up too much more than this. And if you did want to adjust it a little bit, just push it on that. That'll bring it tighter towards the generator. Overall, I think the cover's a good thing to have with your generator. You can easily throw it on there. It's gonna keep dust, dirt, and everything away from it when it's in storage. It's even gonna help you out when you go to load it up in your basement door. Still keeps you protected from everything else in there and it's not gonna scratch anything else. And I like that when you need to move it around, you still got those zippers there, you can still get the handles, pick it up and move it aside. Well, I think that does it. Thanks for hanging out, I hope this helped..
