Today we're going to take a look at the CTEK Battery-Health Indicator Cable with the 8.4 Millimeter Eyelets for the 12-Volt Comfort Connect Chargers by CTEK. This cable will work with all the CTEK 12-Volt Comfort Connect Chargers. Just to show you what that means by the comfort connect, I happened to pull a CTEK 12-Volt Charger. This is a MULTI US 3300 model. You'll see on the end here, it has the cord. Then there's your Connect Comfort Connect plug right there.
With this attached to your vehicle, you just pop-off the cover, and you'll notice you just line it up, push it in, and that'll lock it into place. To remove it, you just push down to unplug it. Basically when you plug this in, you'll notice it has this display right here. This will allow you a quick glance access to your vehicle's battery charge lever. Now the thing you have to remember the battery we need to be tested must have had at least 1 hour to rest after driving or charging in order to display properly. You can see it's a simple traffic light style display, makes reading the indicator very easy.
Basically the first light here, if that lights up, that will show green. That means your battery's in good condition, does not need to be charged, so it's more than 80% charged. The middle light would be yellow. That means the battery should be charged to avoid damaging stratification in your battery. The yellow means it's between 60 to 80%.
If the top one, the red one lights up, that means it needs to be charged to enable restarts, less than 60% charged. Basically, this cable will equip you with the information you need to prolong the life of your battery. Properly charged batteries will last longer, saving you time and money. The specs on this, the application again, this is for all CTEK 12-Volt comfort connect chargers. Those are again the chargers that have that orange oval connector on them. Go ahead and put the plug back in.
When you're not using it and it's on the vehicle, you just put the plug in to protect it. The eyelet terminal size here is 8.4 millimeters. Again, that comes with the battery cable fuse, 15 amps. The length on this cord itself is 16 inches. Again, this part includes this 1 battery indicator with the 8.4 millimeter eyelet terminals. Love this thing! tells you at a glance what the state of charge of your tractor or truck's battery is, so you can quickly hook up the CTEK charger to bring the battery back up. Ingenius little pigtail loop!
The CTEK 'Indicator' extension cable makes it easy to view the status of your battery and provides an easy connection point for engaging the charger when required.

Purchased this product for not it's intended use but works great for my intended use! I have it hooked up to the house battery of my RV to monitor the battery status. Quick install and showing green so it works great. A+

Awesome addition to my lawn tractor. Already had the CTEK charger so it made maintaining the battery easy. Love the battery indicator on it too, the led blinks every few seconds showing battery level.
Used on my 2017 Polaris ranger, this plug will snap right into vacant spot on dash.

I wanted to change the ring terminals to spring clips on my battery charger. I found exactly what I needed at etrailer. They arrived in four days and are now in service and working great.The clips with leads attached are very nice quality and were reasonably priced. I’ll definitely look to etrailer for future needs.

Found this item extremely useful. Can now plug in battery charger easily without having to lift hood of vehicle.
Added two of these to my battery box, one to my 4-wheeler. Plan to pick up more now for my other vehicles as I'm always wondering, now I can just take a quick look and off on my way.
We have installed several of these now. At a glance you can see the battery condition and charge as needed. Time saving, quality and very efficient. Will continue to use as we see a need.
So far so good. Seems very well designed, easy install and working well.
The product was an easy buy as I already have the CTEK charger and it will keep informed of the battery condition in my Polaris RZR.
It will work as planned, the only problem was me not ordering the longer the 10' model.

Im convinced that CTEK makes the best battery maintenancechargers on the market. I now have 4 of them. Several of the accessories have the Indicator feature, making it very convenient to check battery status.
