Hi everybody. Andy here with etrailer.com. Let's take a real quick look at the CE Smith replacement vinyl liner. This is designed to fit the CE Smith clamp-on holders and 70 series flush-mount holders. And this liner will protect your fishing rod from being scratched or damaged while it's in your fishing rod holder. And this can also be cut to your desired length and angled to fit other holders as well.
This is constructed of UV and corrosion-resistant white vinyl. And before we wrap up our time together, let me give you some overall measurements. So looking at the overall length or height, it looks like we're sitting right at seven and three quarters inches long. And then looking at the inner diameter, we're sitting right at one and five eighths inches. And then the outer diameter, we're sitting right at one and seven eighths inches.

I was looking for replacement liners for a 1989 Bayliner with an outside diameter of 1-7/8". Your website was the only one that I could find that gave both the ID and the OD measurements. All other sites gave only the ID dimensions and the length. They are a very snug fit for my rod holders, but I was able to get them installed.
I was very impressed by e-trailer's customer service department. I received a half dozen emails concerning the status of my order. 4 of the notifications were not computer generated but appeared to be written by actual, real, living human beings! It was like going back in time. Thank you George and Erika for the refreshing experience.
