Speaker 1: Today we're going to take a look at the pre-wired 15 amp Dump Body Up Indicator Kit. Now this dump Body up indicator will mount to the back frame of your vehicle and it will notify you when the dump body is raised. It uses this LED indicator light to provide visual indication so it's perfect for dump trucks and dump trailers. It'll help reduce chance of overhead collisions with raised dump bodies. This one happens to use the wand style design switch. This wand style switch bracket will mount to your truck frame.
The bright red light draws attention when the body is up. You can also . they also offer separately, we sell on our website an indicator buzzer light. It's part number 337BL10. This part will give you an additional 70 decibel buzzer indication along with the red LED light.
This want style switch is in a stainless steel switch housing. It's a water resistant construction, very easy to install. It does include this 20-foot long plug-in wiring harness. Just plug it in there and make your wiring. It comes with the LED light, the connectors, nice decal to put on the dash to let you know what the light is for and a nice set of installation instructions.Voltage on this switch is 12 volts DC.
Amperage is 15 amps. These parts are assembled in the U.S.A. So basically when this is installed on the frame, your truck bed will come down up against the wand. Makes your switch connection. As soon as the dump bed opens, it disconnects your switch in here and then that light will come on to let you know that the dump bed is raised.
