Hello everybody, this is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today we're gonna take a look at the Bulletproof Hitches Anti-Rattle Clamp for a three inch hitch. Now this anti-rattle device will provide quieter towing and a more stable hitch connection. Basically, when it's installed, prevents rattle and sway inside your hitch receiver. And it is designed to work with ball mounts, tow bars, and hitch mounted accessories, such as bike racks and cargo carriers. It is a fast, easy installation.

Basically what you'll do is slip this clamp over your ball mount or accessory shank with this curved in, right down here facing underneath the vehicle. And then you insert the shank with this on it into your hitch receiver. Once you get it in there, then you'll tighten down this three quarter inch fine thread bolt until it's tied up against your hitch receiver. And then you'll tighten this jam nut down up against the bolt to prevent any movement inside your receiver. Bracket itself is a half inch thick press brake steel construction.

You can see it's a nice black powder coat finished to resist corrosion. Application again, this fits three inch by three inch hitch receivers. Now the maximum bolt tar spec on this jam or on this bolt down here is 40 foot pounds. One note I do wanna mention is the anti-rattle clamp is not compatible with reducing sleeves or weight distribution systems.
