Hi, there, I'm Michael with etrailer.com. Today, we're gonna take a quick look at this Bulldog Gooseneck Coupler Head repair kit. This is going to include components to help you repair your Bulldog Gooseneck Coupler Head for three inch or four inch diameter tubes that you see on the screen there. So if you have that original Bulldog Gooseneck Coupler Head, this is going to be the replacement part from Bulldog, so you can trust they are going to fit right in place of those originals. No worries about compatibility issues or anything like that. So you are going to get the curved handle assembly here, the coupler locking shaft, your torsion spring as well as your 3/4 inch shaft retaining ring, and two of your 0.5 inch by 13 center lock nuts.

I received the item on time and it was a perfect fit for my Popup (Bulldog) gooseneck hitch on my livestock trailer. I installed it in less than 5 minutes and instructions were easy to follow and even had the torque specs for the locknut that was included. The kit was complete with all parts, but not like the picture above this review. I would buy again if needed.

Everything was what I needed in the repair kit gooseneck coupler replacement parts but the e-clip sent in the package was the incorrect size for the pin it is too big for the 3/4 inch end. E-clip sent is for a 1” pin. I will have to purchase the correct size e-clip.

This product replaced my missing one almost perfectly. My only complaint is that the spring angle does not seem correct. It prevented the arm from coming up but seemed to be a little loose. Thinking it might be defective, I ordered another spring but same result. I would definitely order again. Great service.

I wanted to look at a kit that we had hear however we are waiting to receive more in. When I spoke with the manufacturer they advised that this does not come up and that a new e clip can easily be picked up from a hardware store. Customer Service will be in touch.
