Video Transcript for Review of the Bulldog Winch Standard Series Truck Power Unit Assembly

Today we're going to review part number BDW20100, this is the Bulldog standard series power union assembly. This is a complete power union assembly, includes solenoids and wiring. It is compatible with the Bulldog standard series 8,000 pound through 12,000 pound winches except the 10,000 pound. It is an all plastic box, has a lid on top of it, inside is a double solenoid configuration. On the very side here you can see the plug, it is designed to use a twist lock plug, it is a twist lock plug and it's designed for the original 20081 twist lock hand controller that you plug in to there to operate your winch. This version you can see has the mounting brackets on it, it is designed to mount on the winch on the tie bars that run over the drum of the winch.

You can see it has the ground wire on this side and it uses a very heavy duty two gauge wiring for your connections to your winch and to your battery and they also have the terminal boots, that once you make your connections you just slide over there to protect your connections from the elements.
