Today, we're going to be taking a look at part number BDW20063. This is the bulldog winch mounting channel. This is a universal design. It's a center-mount channel that's going to fit winches with a 4 bolt or 2 bolt mounting pattern. The 2 volt mounting pattern is going to use these locations right here. So if we take a measurement, the distance that we have between those two, center on center, it's going to give us a measurement of about 3 and 1/16 of an inch.

4 bolt pattern would give use these 4 outer holes. Center on center going this direction is going to measure on 3 inches, and center on center measuring this direction, that's going to measure on 4 and 15/16 of an inch, which would be about 4.9 inches. The bracket that's upright on the front, this is going to be for mounting the fair lead attachment of your winch. That's going to be separated by 122.5 millimeters, which, if we take a measurement of that and try to convert it over to inches, that's going to give a measurement of about 4 and 13/16 of an inch. This is made from a steel construction. It's got a nice, protective powder coat finish to it, so it's going to resist rusting, corrosion.

The overall dimensions of the mounting channel, measuring from edge to edge, going in this direction, is going to give us a measurement of about 4 and 7/8 of an inch. And then measuring this direction, edge to edge, that's going to give us a measurement of about 5 and 3/4 of an inch. Now, to get your winch and fairlead attached to this bracket, you'd simply just use the hardware that's supplied with those items. That's going to do it for our review of part number BDW20063.
