Replace 1 standard, incandescent trailer light with longer-lasting, brighter-burning LEDs. Designed to fit 59 Series clearance or side marker lights.
Features:
Specs:
With brighter and faster illumination than incandescent bulbs, light-emitting diodes (LEDs) are setting the new standard in automotive lighting. LEDs illuminate faster upon activation than incandescent bulbs, giving motorists behind you a better indication of when you're braking, turning or reversing and thus boosting their response time. These efficient little lights are environmentally friendly too. With six times the life expectancy and ten times less power consumption than incandescent bulbs, the choice is obvious.

Today we're going to take a look at the Bargman LED upgrade kit for 59 series clearance and side marker lights in amber. And this is going to be an easy way to upgrade your side marker lights on your trailer. This is going to replace the outer housing for your 59 series lights which are going to have this same shape and size. And then it's going to plug right into the socket that would hold your wedge style bulb for your incandescent light. So it's going to upgrade that incandescent side marker light to an LED. The advantage here is that we won't have to worry about replacing any bulbs, we're going to have a longer lasting brighter light that draws less power.
And it's also just going to be an easier, nicer looking light. Again, this is going to just plug right into that socket that would accept your wedge style bulb, like the 195 bulb. And that just plugs into our circuit board. And then we can replace the lens over the top of that. We don't have to worry about any of the wiring connections, we don't have to splice anything, cut anything.Just plugs right into that socket and then pops right over the light housing.
So an easy upgrade for your lighting. This is going to have an acrylic lens. It also doubles as a reflector. As you can see it has all the little facets in there to reflect the light. This is going to be DOT compliant.
And I'll hook this up to some power real quick so you can see how bright it is going to be. So I'm just hooking it up with some alligator clamps here. And flip our power on, you can see our two LEDs come on inside. Turn the lights out and you can see just how bright that's going to be. So, nice bright LED to keep us safe out on the road.
Again, we are going to have those two LEDs in our light. As far as the dimensions, give those to you real quick. The housing is going to be about four inches long, two inches wide at the widest point. It kind of bows out there. And then the lens is going to be about five eighths of an inch thick. And that's going to do it for our look at the Bargman LED upgrade kit for 59 series clearance and side marker lights in amber.

Replace 1 standard, incandescent trailer light with longer-lasting, brighter-burning LEDs. Designed to fit 59 Series clearance or side marker lights.Hope not to bore you, but I am so impressed with the (LED) replacement marker lights for my 2005 Monaco Diplomat. I initially purchased a cheap set and immediately returned the lights. Contacted Miss Ashley at etrailer and she assisted me in purchasing the best lights available. Purchased 7 ambers and 5 reds, received the order in 3 days to Georgia. I installed the 7 ambers in eight minutes and 5 reds in six minutes. Prior to replacing the lights, I suggest you clean around each one, remove the old lens, clean the base, remove the bulb, insert the lens with built in led and install. Further suggest applying clear silicone around the seam line. Simply plug and go. Thanks for reading my comments. Doug, U.S. Marine Corps Retired and Vietnam Veteran. " May God Bless America".
Very pleased with the product, price, and packaging. I have read reports of poor packaging on the comments section of this item. If that was true, they read the feedback and corrected the problem. Just what I would expect from a well run company. Being a business owner myself, I notice good customer service and got that from etrailer. I called them before ordering concerning a question about using a LED cap on a side marker light on my motorhome that also includes a directional signal. They said it would work as both a marker light and directional signal. Got the LEDs yesterday and the do work for the side markerlights. Couldn’t be more pleased with the correct answer to a question. Bought 5 red and 7 amber lenses for motorhome. By the way, if you purchase these, they fit very well and firm grip on the base.
Product arrived, installed on my camper tested item. This is one of the highest quality LED replacement kits I have ever seen I'm already planning on replacing all of my lights on my pop up in the future After doing several several searches and price comparisons this was the least expensive option I could fine for what I was trying to accomplish Look forward to great service from etrailer in the future
Once they got here, because the Post Office had them get "delayed", and the box looks like an accordion, all is well. They are a snap-on fit after the bulb is removed and the cord is plugged in to the socket. The install couldn't be easier.
The T59 Bargmans LED upgrade kit are PERFECT! There isn’t a reason why you shouldn’t have these! Very very easy to install they look great and are relatively inexpensive! I bought two of these to upgrade the look of our 40 foot diesel pusher coach and what an amazing enhancement. Bright looking, and love the on-off quick blinking only and LED light can provide.
I have been looking for a good LED solution to replace all my 5th wheel camper marker lights. I just didn't want to replace the entire assembly so last year I tried several different LED bulbs. I never could get the right brightness. This year I figured I would just bite the bullet and replace my lights with the same brand only LED. That's when I ran across the upgrade kit. I have bought enough to cover all marker lights. I can not say how they actually work yet as the camper is still in storage but the quality appears to be excellent. I will try to follow up with pictures later on.
purchased these lights for my new travel trailer . i wanted the brightness of led's. super simple install and a year later they still look great!
If the lights themselves have failed then we do have other replacements like the Optronics # MC32AB
Trailer Clearance or Side Marker Light w/ Reflex Reflector - Rectangle - Amber Lens - White Base
$3.20 or the submersible Optronics # MCL49AB
Optronics LED Trailer Clearance and Side Marker Light - Submersible - 14 Diodes - Amber Lens
$14.10 (if you have a boat trailer). Optronics has made a great name for themselves in the trailer lighting industry and these lights are backed by great warranties as well.
I'm not sure why your current lights have failed but you might want to check the connections to ground and power. Make sure the ground is securely connected to a clean, bare-metal surface and that your power wire isn't damaged.
I have attached some review videos and a helpful article on troubleshooting trailer lights for you to check out.
Replaced all the marker lights with LED replacement lens. Easy job, remove old cracked lens and globes, plug in connector and push on new lens. Big improvement over old lights. 3 day delivery as promised
Updated my bargman 59 marker lights on our travel trailer to LED's. These fit perfectly without the need to remove the base. Much brighter than the original single bulb also. Highly recommend.
This LED clearance light upgrade worked great on my class A motor home. The original lenses were craze cracked from age which allowed several of them to leak water inside the fixture so I needed new lenses. This upgrade offer came up for a reasonable price while I was searching for the OEM lens replacement. The video helped provide confidence that it was the correct product and would install easily. Everything arrived in good condition, installation went smoothly and all of them worked as advertised. The only minor negative thing is the price was higher for the amber lens than for the red. I turned the lights on while replacing the lenses to ensure that a good connection was made and each light worked before descending and relocating the ladder.
Easy LED upgrade for bargman 59 series clearance lights. Very bright and easy to install.
I installed these LED lights on my 2000 Coleman camper in order to upgrade to all LED lighting. Worked great and after a face lift I was able to sell my camper for about what I paid for it 5 years earlier. New LED lights made all the difference in the world.
Great product. Great customer service.
Placed many orders at etrailer. 100% satisfied. Last order of 2 red led upgrade marker lights came and had 2 lights but 2 different lights
These were PERFECT! I did have a hard time deciding which item to order. The descriptions and item #'s were a bit confusing. I was looking for the LED light that just plugged into the existing bulb socket. These are them! This is the lens with built in LED and a wire with a plug that fits into the existing socket. Installation could not have been any easier- Remove existing lens cover, pull bulb straight out, plug new light in and snap lens into existing base. I have read reviews saying the covers did not fit snug. These fit tighter than my existing covers. In fact, that was my reason for ordering. I was missing a few covers and decided to just upgrade as long as I was going to order new covers. The toughest part was going up and down the ladder to get to the top of my motorhome! They are much brighter than the old lights so I will be ordering the rest this week.
Last year I bought a bunch of LED bulbs to put in my Bargman lights and they were too big for the lens to fit back on. I stumbled on these Bargman LED lenses in a camping forum and quickly purchased them. They were very easy to install and seem to work great. I love that these work with the existing light base. They do not seem to be dependent on polarity, so you can put the connector in the wedge base in either direction. The LEDs and circuit boards are all potted in epoxy and look to be well constructed. It took me about 10 minutes to switch out 11 lights with these LED conversions. They are very bright on a bright sunny day, so I can only imagine how well they will look at night. I'm hoping to never have to replace another marker bulb on my camper.
I broke a lens on a side light on my Shamrock trailer. Looking everywhere for a replacement lens I found several sources that was going to set me back almost $20. Someone pointed me at a page on etrailer and I found this replacement lens and LED light for much less with a reasonable amount for shipping. Easy to plug and go.
Great uprgrade to old style bulb amd lens. New LED much better visibility day and night. Lens is very reflective with LED off which is an added plus Remove old lens and bulb. Insert cord end plug into existing bulb socket. Snap new lens on. My order had four kits loose in one bubble mailer. A little more care would have prevented slight lens scuffing A small box with packing paper instead of mailer would have been safer
We ordered complete replacements of our 5th Wheel clearance/side marker lights with the Bargman LED Upgrade Kits for the 59 Series lights. First, this is a clever LED light replacement as one can see in the product description. Second, as many have already stated, this was a simple changeout - basically as simple as changing conventional bulbs. Third. Why did we replace standard bulbs with this LED product? These replacements are brighter, easy to see, and we anticipate we'll not have to replace any more bulbs. Finally, This was our first buy with etrailer .com. The entire process was fast, simple, and accurate. 'Order from etrailer.com again? You bet. And they have that wide selection of inventory and products that we're always looking for.
Very pleased with lights overall, easy conversion to LED, increased trailer visibility to other drivers on road (enclosed black car trailer). The only down side to the conversion was couldn't keep side marker lens covers on. Lost a few on the road purchased replacements and applied clear silicone to lens and housing no problems after that, should not have to have done that.
Great engineering.. Put 5 front and 5 rear (running lights) on 15 year old motorhome. I thought I would have to replace old lights including removing old base and wiring etc. All did was put new lenses on and plug in LED light lead. 3-4 hour job was done in 20 minutes.
I purchased a used trailer and wanted to restore and upgrade it. etrailer had all of the parts I needed at the lowest prices! The website was easy to navigate and you can't beat free shipping! In addition, I received an e-mail several hours after placing my order saying that not only were my parts shipping that afternoon, my shipping speed was being upgraded - I received the parts 4 days sooner than I had planned. The parts arrived and were exactly what I needed and high quality. You can't beat great products, excellent customer service, a price match guarantee and free and quick shipping. Thanks etrailer! I'm excited to get all of the parts installed on my trailer - it will look brand new!
