Great customer service
There are online retailers, and there is etrailer. Great service, a delivery notification system that is excellent, follow up from multiple etrailer employees during the process. And all of this for a $[X]parts order. It’s really not the size of the order, it’s the importance of the order to the customer. This $[X] part was needed to embark on a scheduled family vacation, so $[X] was incredibly important to me, and obviously equally important to the etrailer team. Trust them, they’ve earned it.
This light is an exact replacement for the light which was removed by the tire as it lost it's tread and whipped around at hi-way speed. EZ Loader boat trailer.
Delivered on time and product installed very easily.
