Awesome customer service! Purchased a set of brackets for a brush guard. They were on back order so of course can't blame the company! But Etrailer sent them out as soon as they came in. I received them within two days if that from the time I received an email that they had shipped! Great place to order from!

The product was exactly what I ordered, and delivered on the day they said. Unfortunately one of the hole on the bottom of my brush guard did not match up. I didn’t have the exact brand of my brush guard but through research and pictures I made and educated guess. It’s on and it’s not going anywhere. I’m happy with how it looks.
