This is a nice product to have on any truck that is used for towing, hauling and really picking up or dropping off anything when your away from a compressor. I was actually able to make this work on a coil spring truck. I mounted the sensors on the frame and the magnets on the top 4-link trailing bar. I would definitely recommend this product over the single sensor kit if your going to be loading the bed a lot with various weighted items. I gave it 4 stars as i had some issues with my passenger side bag not inflating but was able to get that resolved. USE dielectric grease on all of your electrical connections as most people will be mounting it to the underside of their trucks. I would have liked to see this kit come with het shrink terminals or at least some heat shrink for the terminals This kit recommends tapping into circuits that only have power while the key is in the RUN position, I used the sunroof circuit and the heated seats but I did play with the idea of tapping into the headlights as you might be able to control when this system is operational. All in all, its a pretty darn good kit. I like having the dual sensors and that its a set it and forget it system that only kicks in when you need it. Just make sure to do it right the first time and protect your electrical connections.
The product itself works great. However, if you have a 2022 F350 dually be aware that the directions and hardware are not entirely accurate nor exact fit hardware for this truck. We had to get creative with some mounts for things because the truck had heavier duty springs but ultimately able to make it work.
First set was delivered in horrible condition. Looked like UPS dragged the box from the factory to the delivery behind the truck. Contacted E Trailer and Airlift. Air Lift provided a new set at no cost. Self installed in about 6 hours. Original compressors were under capacity. When truck was loaded compressors got so hot the hoses melted. E Trailer replaced both compressors with upgraded units and they work great.
Works as described- I have this installed on my 2500 Chevy pickup to level while towing... it maintains the level stance even while towing heavy.
To be installed 12/6/21. Will update with photos after installation

Installed on a 2018 GMC Serra 2500HD.
This is a comprehensive kit, with install basically compromising three component systems.
1) compressor and the bleed down valve. These I installed on a bed bulkhead just above the front of the muffler. Drive line must be removed. see pic.
2) air bags. I think the instructions show the top mount 180 off. Watch the video, and see pics, easy to install.
3) Electrical, I started from the back with the sensor, compressor, drivers side frame rail following the stock wire loom, which i used to tie the air lift loom. Routed into the engine compartment and up to the fuse box where I used a switched misc fuse and the supplied mini blade spade adapter. passed the wire through a hole i drilled into the cowl side of the fuse lid. Lid has fuse diagram, mine was number 36. This is for the 3 amp inline fuse. Pos and Neg wires wired to battery.
4) air lines, I used the Schroeder valve bracket on the receiver hitch, air line driver side of the spare tire zip tied to frame, see pics.
This took me a full nine hours to install, some wasted time trying to decipher the top mount orientation, which seems to be drawn wrong in the instructions. Watch the video online, helps a lot. I do not think that this was overly complicated, just take each system and install them and tie it all together. I had to do some adjusting on the sensor as initial 5 lbs pressure with the sensor setting caused the compressor to turn on and pumped to 11 PSI. I Just lowered the sensor till I had a pump pressure of seven PSI. Love it.

Worked well the first 6 months after I installed it. After that the sensor shorted out and either made the compressor ran constantly or not at all. Contacted etrailer and they helped me get in contact with the manufacturer for a warranty claim. Replacement sensors were on back order with no eta. Air lift contacted me 4 months after my claim and said sensors will no longer be available. They did, however, offer a Wireless One system in its place. If you consider getting this product, don’t! Find another compressor system instead. Otherwise, you’re just wasting your money on something that won’t last and will not be able to get parts for indefinitely. Etrailer should pull this system off their site and not sell it anymore.

I am very pleased with the smart air automatic leavling system on my 2017 2500 silverado that oulls a 42' fifth wheel camper after a year of use its still working good, it keeps my pickup leavl and it's easy to install. The reason for 4 stars is the compersor is noisy and there were a few items missing in package but after a few phone calls the right parts were sent

I have an air ride fifth wheel hitch has four small bags one on each corner I mounted one airlift bag in the middle and the air compressor to that bag so when the small bags lose pressure due to temperature the compressor takes care of it works awesome

Once installed this system works wonderfully! While we ordered the one specific for our Ford F250 so it would bolt right up the kit is not made for use on an F250 with the B&W gooseneck mounting plate under the bed. Additional bracketing had to be fabricated to complete the installation

This system works perfectly. It saves a lot of time by not having to figure out the correct pressure for anyone of the 15 trailers I may connect to in many different load configurations.

AFTER 4 MONTHS THE COMPRESSOR TOOK A CRAP, ETRAILER WARRANTIED IT. A MONTH AFTER THAT THE MAGNENT FOR THE COMPRESSOR BROKE IN HALF. (WE FIXED IT) AND 2 MONTHS AFTER THAT THE SOLENOID TOOK A CRAP. SO NOW ITS ALL BACK TO MANUAL AIR. I WONT WASTE MY MONEY ON THIS SETUP AGAIN..

This airlift smart lift 2 is the best idea yet! I had the wireless one and the module went out. I looked for a replacement and finally decided to just air it up manually.
Then this version became available. Just what I needed. The weak link in the wireless one system is no longer needed. Just load the truck and let the system take care of the rest.
I love it. Thanks Air lift!
Ps. The price match guarantee is a real thing.
Thanks etrailer.com!

Operations are perfect. I drive 8-10k miles a month and always have a trailer behind me. Constantly changing my loads and the system works great. The pump is Kinda loud but it doesn't bother me.

Had this on my 3500 towing my 5th wheel camper for a year now and it keeps the truck level. It is reliable and smooth riding. Helps handling while towing like I could not believe.

I tow a 5th wheel camper & boat around the country in search of great fishing adventures. The Airlift is a necessity for my F-150 Ecoboost. I have met people on my travels that did not have the automatic leveling and they had regretted not getting it after seeing how my truck was self-leveling. It doesn’t matter if I am towing the camper or the boat or just running into town for groceries, my truck level is always perfect for the job at hand. If you’re towing heavy loads, the Airlift 5000 is excellent and I highly recommend the automatic “SmartAir System”. Don’t forget to order your Airlift kit with the Stainless Steel hardware option. I was able to install both kits by myself in a day. The online instructions were very helpful.

Review from a similar SmartAir II in Air Suspension Compressor Kit
After 1 year I am happy to say it has not given a minutes worth of trouble. The truck hauls lumber and construction supplies almost daily and it just does what it is supposed to do without anyone having to do a thing. I have this same system on another truck that has been working for about 10 years now and it also has given no problems. I would not have an airbag setup without this auto leveling system.

Great product if your looking for an easy way to keep your truck leveled. Like that the kit is fairly easy to install and I can hook up a trailer and the Smart Air system takes care of the rest.

This lift assist works great. I did have to replace the air pump at 10 months old. The warranty covered it all... I have an older one on a PU and it still works great.
