Hello everybody, this is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today, we're gonna take a look at this Advent Air Diagnostic Kit for your RV air conditioners. Now, this is a diagnostic kit that'll let you troubleshoot the air conditioner that's in your RV or camper. This kit is designed to work with the Advent Air AC units and the Dometic Brisk Air I and Brisk Air II AC units. If you noticed, it has three switches on it, this allows independent testing of different components. Up at the top, you can see it'll say fan for this switch and compressor for this switch.
So the compressor and the fan switches helps turn them on or off, on or off for the compressor, and then you'll noticed at the very bottom is a setting switch, and this will control the high, medium, and low speeds of the fan, so when you do turn your fan on, you can test the low, medium, and high. And it's a very simple connection, to connect this, the white plug right up here, this is designed to connect to the relay box that's on your air distribution box, and on the other end, has a five foot long cord with a three prong male plug, which will insert into your standard outlet. Now, this part is UL and cUL certified, it is made in the USA. Last thing I wanna do is just give you the measurements on the housing of this. The length of it, the widest point, it's gonna be right at 5 5/8 inches long, the width on it, and at the widest point, it's 3 3/4 inches, and the overall height from the bottom to the very top is 2 1/2 inches tall.
