Hey, everybody. Jared with etrailer.com. Today, I wanna take a quick look at the ABS foundations zinc-plated 3/4 inch diameter locking nut. Now, this replaces your 6-113 red line hex locknut. And it's designed to use with your shackle bolt, specifically your 7-135-2, which is sold separately. That is your 10 karat gold spring eye bolt.
Now, it is able to secure and suspend your bolt onto your trailer and with easy installation and reversible design it will thread onto a bolt from either side. It is made of a zinc plating which is corrosion resistant and is designed for bolts with a 3/4 inch diameter. And it does have 10 threads per inch. The overall diameter is 1 1/8 inch. So I use a 30 millimeter socket to tighten it down.
