Stromberg Carlson states that the weight capacity of the # VG-15-100 fifth wheel tailgate is 100 lbs, so I wouldn't recommend using it to load a golf cart. The tailgate is very easy to remove and reinstall, so I'd recommend removing the tailgate while loading and unloading. You can see a product demonstration video featuring the # VG-15-100 tailgate.

We do carry two tailgates that are designed to fit your 2015 F-150. The first is part # VG-15-4000. This is a plastic, louvered tailgate and comes with a lock to secure the tailgate in place. Hey Laverne, You can use some brake cleaner to remove any dirt/grease/debris build up on the springs and then lubricate them with a white lithium grease # RM-747 to lubricate without attracting more dirt. Gaining More Bumper to Fifth Wheel Clearance with B and W Companion Hitch
To gain a couple inches of horizontal clearance you might be able to install the arms of your B and W Companion part # BWRVK3305 in the opposite orientation they might be in now. See attached picture to see what I mean. You have what looks like an extended pin box currently so there wouldn't be a longer option to gain more clearance.
