Great product once installed, oddly wired. The wiring is pretty cheap on USB side and it has to be tied to the connectors for the 12v plug. The 12v plug has 12ga blade connectors. You need quite a bit of clearance for this into the RV wall. I used a short blue old work box in the wall, and had to cut out back clearance for this 12v section with the bladed connectors on it. In the end I had to bend the blades to keep it from contacting the RV's aluminum wall and electrical tape the whole mess. RV walls (circa 1989 in my case) are 1.5-1.75" thick. This needs a wiring re-engineering where power for both comes off the shorter USB side at 90* to facilitate the 12V plugs side depth and not making it even deeper with the bladed connectors on back of that plug.
I have received what I ordered. Probably will not get it installed until October unless I get lucky and have a mobile RV repair close by during the summer. No review until it is installed.

I had originally ordered this plug in black, however it was of of stock and on a long backorder, I was advised that white was available so we went with the white. When my order arrived it was a package that said white however the plug was ivory. What a bummer.....
Package came quickly. Item was just as advertised. Can’t wait to install it. Only thing as a new item no direction was provided.
Received items ahead of promised date have not installed yet but looks to be of good quality will post pictures when installed

Added two of these to my Rove Lite trailer (at the front an back bunks) so could run small inverters and charge phones and tablets at the same time.
Took a couple of hours to install, but worked great.
It took longer to receive than I thought, but it is worth the wait. Our USB plug went out in our camper and this is the only one I could find to replace it. Excellent product.
Works as expected, looks good, installed easily in the wall of our motor home where I had a 12 volt circuit. This outlet does not require a lot of space behind the wall because it doesn’t have the 12V cigarette lighter style outlet. Was delivered in less than a week.
Got it yesterday; installed it this morning. No problems.
I installed it in the underneath side of the cabinet above the head of our bed by drawing power from the 12v light 16" away.
The etrailer decal isn't on the one I received but was on the picture on your site.
I recommend this product.
As always quick delivery from etrailer. Charging station installed in less than five minutes in the factory opening. Love the look. Will probably replace two more.

It arrived sooner than promised, installed easily, and works perfectly. A mounting template might have helped, but with only 2 screws and an existing access hole, it was simple enough. I wish the pigtail wires were of a slightly bigger gauge; Electrically they're fine, but it would have been better mechanically I think. I thought the price was a bit high at first, but it's put together fairly well, so worth it. I plan to purchase a second one and find a convenient place to install two more USB outlets.
I needed a way to charge my iphone and iPad when I was dry camping.
I installed this next to the bed in my RV trailer and wired it to the coach batery.
Works great! The device is almost totally surface mounted and doesn't require inside wall space which is great due to the fact the walls are very thin. I only need to drill a 1.25 inch hole. I used the inside wall space only for the splice.
