Having two saved me from needing to order a replacement this summer on the road. Excellent service from etrailer, however the product may be dicey, we'll see.
Works perfectly love the fact we don’t have to run the generator to charge phones. I installed two of them in our Jayco camp trailer and they look like an item that would have been installed from the factory. When we are up camping there is almost always something plugged into them. Would recommend to anyone who finds themselves firing up a generator to charge up their devices.

We just replaced our RV charging station with DG61023VP RV charging station. We had it installed in no time and we plugged our phones in and away it charged! And quickly too! It feels much tighter than the original one in our 5 year old RV. No play! And we could pull the charger out without feeling like we were going to pull the station out of the wall! Very tight! We like it so much we ordered another one for our bed side station! We use this charging station a lot so now we hope it holds up and continues to do a great job over time! Thank you!
It's really expensive for a piece of plastic, but it does work. I found that Etrailer is on the expensive side and I probably should have looked on Amazon.

The perfection solution for our class A. We had two 12V power sockets but no USB. I replaced one of the 12V sockets with this unit and that solved a whole bunch of shortcomings.
Love this charging station. When we are boondocking I can keep things charged up by charging during the night. Draw on the batteries is low. It looks so good installed.
