Good afternoon, will the Thule Atlantis 1600 fit the vw crossbars on a 2014 sportswagen?

Yes, although the Thule Atlantis XT 1600 part # TH686BXT is no longer available from Thule it is compatible with the factory crossbars of your 2013 Volkswagen Jetta SportWagen.
For a similar cargo box that is still being sold you would want the Thule Pulse L Cargo Box part # TH615.
