Question:

I have a 1987 Chevy regular cab three-quarter ton four-wheel-drive pick up I believe it’s a K 20 . Will the 3”nerf bars #AA204038 fit my truck. A lot of steps and runningboards won’t fit due to the saddle tanks. Please advise.

I can help you narrow this down further, but the AA204038 only fits 1500 series 2WD models so that won't fit your truck. The K20 would be the equivalent of the 2500 series so you need one of the following based on your bed length:

-Aries Round Nerf Bars # AA204040 (6-1/2' bed)

-Aries Round Nerf Bars # AA204041 (8' bed)

I also spoke with Aries and they said the saddle tanks won't interfere with the nerf bar installation.
