2019 Lexus RX 450h F-Sport Correct Trailer Hitch
Question:
I see no hitch for the 2019 RX450h F-sport. I see the 450h hitch C13282 is supposed to fit. However, can the damper that needs to be removed on the F-sport be reinstalled directly to the underside of the hitch as it does in the 2010-2015 installation instructions, or is the damper different in the 2016 + Lexus model for the F-sport. I do not see the extra steel extension tabs for the 2016 + model hitch that are inclosed in the 2010-2015 hitch where the damper can be reinstalled to the underside of the hitch by rotating the damper? Thanks.

The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C13282 fits all models of the 2019 Lexus RX 450h, including your F-Sport. The instructions don't go into as many details as they do with the Curt that fit the previous generation, but they do have a section highlighting cutting the fascia which I'm attaching to this answer page for you to check out.
Part of the instructions talk about cutting that fascia as needed as well - this was the same case as the older Curt hitch. I'm attaching an installation video of this hitch on a 2017 450h for you to reference.
