Can I get a replacement key or the whole hitch lock with key for the Softride Bike Rack Model #26321?

I'd recommend the Softride # SR25219 anti-rattle hitch lock as a replacement. Softride no longer manufactures bike racks, but we do have some of the locks. I've linked to a product demonstration video for you.
