Troubleshooting Lime Stains And Corrosion On Bathroom Faucets
Updated 06/14/2021 | Published 06/11/2021 >
Question:
I had our dealership install a single faucet in our bathroom in our Imagine Grand Design before we picked it up. After 3 months of use every space is corroded, lime stains and etc that wont scrape off even with a brush. Will this happened to this one as well. Or should we get stainless steel. Thanks in advance. Lime will attach to any metal so the Phoenix Faucets Hybrid RV Bathroom Faucet - Single Lever Handle - Brushed Nickel
Item # PF232421 and a stainless steel faucet wouldn't really have much of a difference. The real problem is the how hard the water is and you can solve that with a water softener or filter. As for maintaining the faucets, it's recommended to use vinegar to clean and remove all corrosive contaminants.
