What is the Difference Between the Bargman 54006-057 and 54006-009 Plugs
Question:
Can you please tell me the difference between Item # 54006-009 and Item # 54006-057. The look identical, including the color coded wiring shown in the pictures. Thank you.

The difference between the Bargman 7-Way, RV-Style Connector w/ 6' Heavy Duty Insulated Cable - Trailer End # 54006-057 and the 7-Way Molded Trailer End with 6' Cable - HD Blue Insulated # 54006-009 is how the wires are color coded. The # 54006-057 uses the red wire for left turn signal and # 54006-009 uses the red wire for the 12V power. The color coding between these two will be different even though the function locations will be identical on the 7-way blades, so you would just need to make sure you're connecting the corresponding wires by function and not color.
