Troubleshooting BL-OC Error Code on Air Lift Wireless Compressor System 25870
Updated 06/27/2019 | Published 06/26/2019 >
Question:
Im receiving the BL OC error and tried changing the relay after following instructions. I found the instructions here where yall were assisting another customer with the same issue. The only difference was he has a Ford. The air compressor still does not come on. Yalls other suggestion was bad manifold. Is there any test I can do for that before ordering a new one? Also, can I order it from etrailer or is it a pay I need to go to airlift to get? Thanks

The BL-OC error code that you're getting with your Air Lift Wireless Compressor System can indicate a bad relay or manifold but it could also be caused by something simpler (and cheaper).
This particular error code essentially means that something is preventing an air spring from being inflated or deflated. Most of the time this is caused by some kind of blockage in the air lines. Since you've already ruled out the relay as being the issue I recommend tracing the air line from the compressor to the air bags and check for any kinks or areas where the line may have come loose from a fitting.
If the lines look good and you are still getting the error then the manifold is the likely culprit. If you have the WirelessONE Compressor first generation part number AL25870 we do have the replacement manifold with part # AL72701. If you have a different model system please let me know.
