It sounds like you might be looking for a complete kit to set up your 2005 Buick LeSabre to tow a trailer.
Starting with the trailer hitch, the Curt Class II Trailer Hitch # C12044 that you were looking at is confirmed to fit and will work well on your LeSabre. This will provide you with a 1-1/4 inch receiver and it features a towing capacity of 3,500 pounds. I took a look at the online owner's manual for your Buick LeSabre and found that it has a maximum towing capacity of 1,000 pounds. Since you will always be limited by a setup's weakest component, your trialer will need to fall below the vehicle's 1,000 pound limit, even though the trailer hitch is capable of pulling more.
I have attached the written installation instructions that you can also take a look at.
You will also need to install a trailer wiring harness on the vehicle. For this, I recommend the 4 Pole Harness and Hardwire Kit # C59236. This is a universal wiring kit that will provide you with a 4-Way connector at the rear of the vehicle once installed. This will be used to connect with and power a trailer's basic signal lights.
Finally, in order to tow a trailer you will need a ball mount and hitch ball. I recommend taking a look at the Curt Drawbar # C45520. This ball mount features a 3-1/8 inch rise and is compatible with hitch balls that have a 3/4 inch shank like # C40018. If this ball mount does not feature the rise or drop that is needed to tow your trailer level, I have included a great article that explains how to choose the best one for your setup, along with a link that will take you to our available selection. I have also attached a couple of articles on trailer towing that you might find helpful.
