Power - Edge Products plug-in modules are designed to create power where you need it most. By carefully monitoring the RPM timing, turbo boost and fueling parameters, Edge modules maximize engine efficiency through fueling and timing enhancements. Edge modules are fully adjustable and come with at least three separate power levels to choose from. Typical improvements range from 40 to 150 horsepower and 100 to 350 foot pounds of torque. Furthermore, Edge products greatly improve throttle response, so you feel the power when you need it.

Towing - A typical diesel truck, towing the average hill, will be able to go ten to twelve miles an hour faster with an Edge module installed. That means no more flashers in the slow lane. It also means no more annoying down shifts on every little hill.

Mileage - Because a properly tuned engine is more efficient, Edge modules can produce mileage gains of about ten percent. A ten percent gain can translate into savings of hundreds of dollars per year in fuel costs. For the RV owners the mileage gain is usually about one mile per gallon. It may be hard with all the extra power, but good driving habits are required to increase fuel economy.

Edge Juice Plug-In Module

Edge's most advanced product line. The Juice Module controls timing and duration of injector firing for GM, Ford, and Dodge models to deliver maximum performance (up to 125 additional horsepower on some models) and improved driveability. On certain models, the unit also monitors the transmission, fuel pressure, turbo boost, and EGT to help maintain safe operating parameters. Other features include cold engine protection, shift point defueling for improved driveablility and power levels optimized for towing, gas mileage, and performance.

Edge EZ Plug-In Module

Edge's mid level line. Controls pressure of fuel delivery on some modules and timing and duration on others for Ford and Dodge trucks. Offers 3-4 adjustable power levels to provide outstanding performance for gas mileage, towing capability, or racing. The Edge EZ Module can be installed in about 5 minutes and delivers up to an additional 70 horsepower on some models. The EZ provides excellent value.

Edge Evolution Programmer / Monitor

Edge's programmer for Ford trucks tunes and adjusts calibration files on the truck's computer (ECM) to add horsepower and improve shift points and driveability. The Edge Evolution Programmer is the only programmer on the market to capture 0-60 and quarter mile times. The Evolution also displays engine parameters while you drive. If needed, the Evolution Programmer also acts as a complete scan tool that reads and clears trouble codes.

Edge Trail Jammer Plug-In Module / Air Intake / Throttle Body

The Edge Trail Jammer performance kit delivers ideal air / fuel enhancements for 4.0 Liter Jeep Wranglers, Jeep Rubicons, or Jeep Cherokees. The full kit includes an electronic module for performance tuning, a machined throttle body to improve driveability and a cold air intake system to maximize air flow. The Edge Trail Jammer kit dramatically improves power and throttle response both on and off the road, adds up to 20% more horsepower and bolts on in less than an hour.

Edge RV Plug-In Module

Edge's RV module for 3126 CAT B or E engines. Improves RV gas mileage and provides 4 power levels to offer up to 40 Horsepower of safe towing power. Because a properly tuned engine is more efficient, Edge modules can produce mileage gains of about ten percent. The first thing you will probably notice, especially if this is your first time driving a truck with a performance module, is the added horsepower. You will experience more power, quicker take-offs, better passing and acceleration, and even better fuel economy. If you are towing, the beauty of the extra power Edge modules deliver is not only will you be able to maintain speed going up a hill, but the added power will also keep you in a higher gear, so your transmission will not keep "hunting" for lower gears. We recommend power levels one or two for towing applications.

The remaining power levels available on the performance modules are designed to match fueling with any additional upgrades you may have done to your truck. Level 3 is designed to take advantage of the built-in safety margins the manufacturer needs to add in order to make sure your vehicle can tow at its maximum capacity. Levels four and higher are normally race levels and are designed to be used with upgraded drive trains. If you have modified your injectors, upgraded the transmission, changed turbos or performed other similar enhancements, levels four and higher will match fueling to the additional performance created by these upgrades.

The Juice module is a completely weatherproof module that installs under the hood. Using factory-style connections, in just 30 minutes you can add up to six levels of adjustable power ranging from 30 to 90 horsepower and increase torque up to 225 foot pounds.

The Juice greatly improves responsiveness and driveability, while at the same time increasing fuel economy. The Turbo Timer is the latest in a long list of Edge safeguards. This feature prolongs turbo life by allowing the truck to run after shut-off for a predetermined time or until a specific EGT is reached.

When used in conjunction with the Attitude monitor, you can control the six power levels on the fly from inside the cab of your truck. The Attitude displays all the information a set of gauges would and automatically monitors EGT and de-fuels the engine to prevent excessive EGTs. Imagine one simple 30-40 minute installation and you get incredible power gains, an increase in mileage, and the equivalent of a complete set of gauges!

The following power gains are representative of an actual test vehicle. These gains were measured on a SuperFlow Dyno at an altitude of 4400 ft above sea level, and represent power delivered to the rear wheels of the test truck. The only modification made to the test truck was the addition of the Edge Juice module. Power gains may vary based on vehicle and geographical location.
