The versatile Rola TX-103 hitch-mounted bike carrier allows you to safely and securely carry three bicycles of almost any frame size on almost any vehicle.

The bike rack has large, soft anti-sway cradles that hold your bikes securely in place during travel with rubber straps and that accommodate bike-frame tube sizes up to 2" wide and 3" tall. The anti-sway devices touch your bike frame at three points to keep the bikes from moving back and forth, eliminating bike-to-bike contact during travel and protecting your bikes's painted surfaces. The cradles can be repositioned along the rack arms to ensure that your bikes remain properly spaced.

The TX-103 has dual arms that provide your bikes with excellent support. If you care about the safety of your bikes, there should be no holdup when deciding what carrier to purchase. The HoldUp is distinguished from comparable carriers by its deep front wheel cradles and StrongArm technology. The contoured front cradles provide a stable base for the bike. The pivoting arms with push-button ratcheting hooks then wrap around the front wheels of the bikes. The arms hold the bikes on the trays and prevent the bikes from swaying back and forth during transit - all with no bike frame contact. The pivoting arms also include stops at 90 degrees to prevent them from hitting the ground and possibly dragging during transport.

The front arms and cradles combine with adjustable rear tire trays to allow the HoldUp to accommodate a wide variety of bike styles. The rear cradles pivot to accommodate the different bike sizes - no need for sliding and tightening - and the wheel is secured with ratcheting straps. The pivoting rear wheel cradle also helps to reduce the overall size of the carrier.

The platform of the carrier is secured in the "folded up" or "down" positions with an easy-to-use, spring-loaded pull pin. Pull the pin out, and the carrier folds easily against the rear of the vehicle when not in use or folds down for loading your bikes. For storage, the front wheel trays and ratcheting arms fold flat toward the center to take up little space. The carrier will also tilt down 20 degrees to allow for better access to the rear cargo area.

The HoldUp includes its own added security measure with an integrated cable lock. The 6-1/2' cable can be run through your bike frames and wheels and secured to the bolt located on the tray of the rack (pictured). This locks your bikes to the rack, but you may still want to get a hitch lock and SKS locking cores to secure the rack to the vehicle.

The tray includes an integrated bottle opener, located at the end of the rack.

The HoldUp is secured inside the hitch with a heavy-duty (RocSteady) hitch tongue, providing superior stability for transportation.
