The Tow Ready T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness, # 118325, is the correct wiring harness for the 1994 Mazda B-4000. It provides a 4-pole flat trailer connector for your vehicle. It connects to the taillight wiring harness along the inside of the left rear frame rail. This harness will have a connection point with connectors matching the ends of the T-connector adapter. You might want to also check the yellow wire going into the converter to see if you are getting power going into the converter
