  • Which Ball Mount for 2013 Jeep Compass Sport
  • A Euro-style drawbar is a one piece unit, with the trailer ball permanently welded to the drawbar, versus a standard drawbar that uses a trailer ball that can be removed. Some folks find the Euro-style to be more pleasing to the eye, but other than aesthetics, there is no major difference between the two. • Although the Draw-Tite Class III # 75712 has a 350 lb tongue weight capacity, the capabilities of the hitch will be limited by the capabilities of the vehicle its installed on. If the vehicle manufacturers stated tongue weight capacity is lower than that of the hitch, you will need to abide by the lower rating. I cannot recommend exceeding Jeeps stated tongue weight capacity, as exceeding it could cause the attachment points between the vehicle and the hitch to fail. A better solution for

  • When choosing between the Draw-Tite or Curt trailer hitch, I would recommend going with the Draw-Tite hitch simply because it will save you a little bit of money and there is no real advantage in choosing the Curt hitch over the Draw-Tite hitch for your vehicle. The main difference between the Curt and Draw-Tite hitch is that the Curt hitch has a slight higher towing and tongue weight capacity. Your vehicle will have a 1,000 lb or 2,000 lb towing capacity, based on how it was equipped, so ei
