Glacier Cable Snow Tire Chains Review - 2013 Dodge Durango
Today on our 2013 Dodge Durango, with tire size 265/60/R18, we'll be test fitting the Glacier cable snow tire chains for light trucks, part number PW3027C. Now to begin our test fit, we'll lay the chains out on the floor and make sure we get out any kinks or knots within the chain. Once we've done this, we'll drape our chains over the tire, making sure that they stay centered with the tire tread. Now the chains themselves do come with a yellow flag on them. The flag indicates the direction of travel for the chains, as well as which side should be facing out. We'll now move to the inside of the tire, where we'll connect the side chain together, taking up as much of the slack within the chain as possible.
