  • Tips for Mounting a Trailer Roof Vent on a Ford E-250 Van
  • The sealant might be enough, it depends on how deep the corrugations are. You may need to use some sort of spacer if the gaps are too large. I would say if the bottom of the flange that mounts to the roof is more than a 1/4 inch from the top of the roof you would need to use spacers of some kind to bridge the gap and then use the sealant.

  • Relay and Fuse Locations for a Brake Controller on a Jayco RV Built on Ford E-450 Chassis
  • I wasn't certain which year E-450 chassis the motor home was built on so I checked online copies of the owner's manuals for 2013 and 2014. According to the manual in the fuses section the brake controller fuse is in location 18 in the power distribution box and location 33 in the in-cab fuse box. I did not see anything about a relay though. I am not sure if the RV cutaway models are different so you will need to check your owner's manual to confirm.

Then you can install the harness accordingly: Red - Left Turn and Stop White - Ground Blue - Electric...

  • Will Blue Ox TigerTrak Rear Axle Stabilizer Stop RV Sway Caused by a Towed Vehicle
  • The TigerTrak rear axle stabilizer, # TT2450, is the correct model for your RV built on the Ford E-450 van chassis. It will cut down on the sway problem you are experiencing but it may not be able to completely eliminate it. Many times the factory rear sway bar is adequate at best.
