Today, on this 2012 Ford Edge, were going to install part #118515 from Tow Ready. First thing were going to do is open up the back hatch and get access down to the spare tire. Well remove the cargo nets and the cargo floor hatch. While were down by the spare tire, well also remove the threshold and the two wells beside the spare tire. It gives a little extra working room. Then well go ahead and remove both taillight assemblies by removing the bolts on each side of the lights.

Now you see our Ford liner meets the interior of the trunk area, you have to use the tie down points as well. The Weather Tech liners are custom-mould to precisely fit the vehicle and stay in place. The shape, channels and moldings all work to keep dirt and debris on the floor liner itself and not on your carpet. These liners can be easily removed from the vehicle and washed and cleaned with just soap and water. This is also available in tan as part number WT41325, and grey as WT42325.
Thule Vertex 4 Hitch Bike Rack Review - 2012 Ford Edge
Today on this 2012 Ford Edge, we're going to do a test fit of the Vertex 4 Bike Rack part number TH9029. A few quick notes about this bicylcle rack is that you can use it of 1-1/4" receiver hitch both class 1 and class 2. However with a class 1 receiver hitch, you are limited to two bicycles. This will also work in a 2-inch receiver hitch as shown here with the provided spacer. Alright, today on this 2012 Ford Edge were going to do a test fit of part number TH9025 from Thule, the Apex 4 Bicycle Rack. Now were doing our test fit in a 2-inch receiver hitch. This bike rack will also work with 1-1/4-inch receiver hitch both class I and class II. However, with class I receiver hitches you are only limited to two bikes. Alright, we'll start off our test fit by installing the bike rack into the hitch. We'll make sure that the integrated hitch pin engages into the hitch pin hole.
Swagman XTC2 Wheel Mount Hitch Bike Rack Review - 2012 Ford Edge
All right, today on this 2012 Ford Edge, we're going to do a test fit of part number S64670 from Swagman. This is XTC-2 bicycle rack. A few things to know about this bike rack that it will work of 1-1/4" receiver hitches both class 1 and class 2 and will also work with a 2" receiver hitch with the provided spacer and we're using this on a 2" receiver hitch today. We'll start off by installing the bike rack into the hitch and tighten down the anti-rattle bolt then installing the safety pin on the other side. Now we'll go ahead and get a few clearence measurements. Clearance between the bike rack and the bumper is about 5 inches.
Softride Dura Hitch Bike Rack Review - 2012 Ford Edge
Alright, today, on this 2012 Ford Edge, we're going to do a test fit of a Softride Bicycle Rack. This is a Dura Parallelogram Bike Rack, part number SR26247. One note about this bicycle rack is that this is designed for 2-inch receiver hitches only and then the bicycle rack does have two sets of hitch pinholes to allow you to adjust the depth of how far the bike rack goes into the hitch to give you different amounts of clearance. In this case, were going to be using the hole that gives the most amount of clearance. We'll start off our test fit by installing the bike rack into the hitch. We'll tighten down the anti-rattle bolt and then we'll go ahead and install the lock.
