I checked with Covercraft and for the custom fit floor mats, # CC76211725, and any mats they make, the security grommet is pre-installed if the vehicle is factory equipped with the hook or studs on the floor. The hitch receiver on all of the hitches for the 2001 Mercedes ML320 including # 13018 will extend beyond were the rear fascia door is. The Curt trailer hitch # C11823 installs onto the vehicle using steel support plates that come with the hitch. According to Thule, the Raceway, # TH9001, is not a fit for a 2001 Mercedes ML 320. But, not to worry, Yakima has a couple of trunk mount bike rack options that will fit.
