Rain-X Latitude Wiper Blades Installation - 2002 GMC Envoy

Today on this 2002 GMX Envoy were going to do a test fit of part number RX5079279 from Rain-X. This is a latitude windshield wiper blade. A few things to know about this windshield wiper blade is that its designed to be an all-weather replacement. It has a beam style construction so it makes sure it conforms to the windshield of your vehicle. It has an aerodynamic design that reduces wind drag noise and lift at high speeds. The rubber squeegee has built in UV inhibitors to help protect it from the sunlight.

Thule Sidekick Roof Mounted Cargo Carrier Review

Today we are going to show you the Thule Sidekick roof mounted cargo carrier, part number TH682. The Sidekick features 8 cubic feet of storage space and only weighs 16 pounds. The lid opens from the passenger side and there are two locks, front and back, to secure the lid closed. The contour of the lid and the foam gasket help the box seal up and keep moisture out. Inside, the spring assisted hinges help you open the lid. Inside the box, you will find pre-drilled mounting holes for our U-bolt mounts. Thule includes a set of vinyl stickers to cover the unused mounting holes. This will help keep moisture out of the box. The Sidekick uses a U-bolt mounting system. The U-bolts go on the underside of your cross bar and come up through the bottom of your Sidekick. On the inside, the plate fits over the top of the U-bolts and the wing nuts secure the cargo box on to your crossbars. It is designed to fit most aftermarket and factory installed roof racks. Once we have all of the U-bolts in place and tightened down, we can go ahead and load the cargo into the Sidekick. And that does it for the Thule Sidekick, part number TH682.

Putco Nitro Blue Halogen Headlight Bulbs Installation

Today we are going to be installing the Putco Nitro Blue Halogen Bulb, part number P239006NB, on a 2002 GMC Envoy. The first step in installing the new halogen will be taking out the headlight assembly. What you want to do is pull up on these two metal tabs. Then, you have to move it back and forth. Just rock it a little bit to pull the assembly out. We have pulled back the headlight assembly but we can not fully pull it out until we disconnect the wires. So we are going to go ahead and do it with the lift side first with this headlight. And this will be the only part that you actually need a tool for. And it is just taking a screw driver and putting it under this tab and pushing up, which releases the pin so you can pull it back with the other hand. That way, you can pull back the headlight, giving you a little bit more working room. 1:00
