The Bestop Ladder rack you mentioned requires the BestRail channels for installation. The rack and rails are offered as a kit, part # BU11120014373301. Once you have the rack and the channel kit, nothing else would be required to complete the installation, all necessary hardware is included. The # BU4373301 you referenced is the ladder rack only, and does not include the rails that are necessary to complete the installation. Will a Thule Roof Rack Fit a Bestop Rail System on a 2010 Ford F-150 Super Crew
The Thule rack system that you have has not been tested with the Bestop rail system so I cannot say if they are compatible or not. Bestop does have a ladder rack system for their rails. The Bestop ladder rack is B42791. Because of the size of the crossbars on the ladder rack, it is unlikely that accessories, meant for a roof rack, would fit. What you can do is add a roof rack to the roof of your 2010 Ford F-150 Super Crew. For a Thule system, you would need Traverse Roof-Rack Foot Pack, # TH
