Trailer Wiring Harness Installation - 2004 Volvo XC90 - Video
What we are going to is a module light install on a Volvo XC90 2004 model. What we have done so far is taken out the interior pieces, got down to the battery with the jack storage compartment, and then we actually took out this panel here to get access to the wiring for the lights. Well have to do our splicing within this wiring bundle here. We used the light tester to figure which colors are what in fact in this case all the turn signals, the brake and running lights all happen to be green. Take care when testing, do one at a time complete your circuit and move on to the next one. more

Trailer Wiring Harness Installation - 2004 Volvo XC90 - Video
Today on this 2004 Volvo XC90, we will be installing the modulite wiring harness kit part number 119190KIT. We are inside the cargo region of the vehicle here. We are going to need to go ahead and dissect most of the rear to gain access to wiring points that we are going to be attaching to. The actual connection points are located behind the interior panels here. To gain access to those, we are going to need to start by removing the cargo floor here and release the straps on each side. Then we can just take the handle here in the center and pull that up. If you want to just set that off to the side for the time being. Next I am going to remove the corner cover here. Trailer Wiring Harness Installation - 2009 Volvo XC90 - Video
Today on this 2009 Volvo XC90 we are going to be installing part number 118411 from Tow Ready. The first thing we need to do is remove our floor panel in our trunk. Then on both sides we are going to remove this piece here and also on both sides we are going to remove this panel as well. There is a pull tab at the bottom, we just want to pull it up and then it pops right out. 00:20 more
