Today on this 2008 Chrysler Aspen we will be installing part number 118390 from Tow Ready. This is a T-One wiring connector. To begin our install we need to open up the hatch to get to the plastic rivets that holds the tail lights in place. The tail lights have to come off because our wiring connections are behind the tail light themselves. more

Today on this 2003 Chrysler Town and Country we are going to install 118376 from Tow Ready. Our connection point is actually behind the taillight on the driver side. We are going to go ahead and take out these two plastic rivets, make our connections, then run our 4-pull to the inside of the vehicle, and it will be stored in the jack storage compartment when we are not using it. more

Today we are going to be installing wiring harness part number 118303 on a 2007 Chrysler Pacifica. Okay, we are at the rear of the vehicle, and we are going to go ahead and locate the attaching points for our wiring harness. The attaching points are actually located directly behind the tail lights. So the first thing we need to do is go ahead and remove both of those. To do that, we just need to remove the two screws here on the inboard side, and then we will just pull the tail light assembly away. more

Today we are going to be installing wiring harness part number 119175 on a 1997 Chrysler Concorde. OK, we are inside the trunk area here, and as you can see, I have gone ahead and removed the rear carpeting to expose the wires that we are going to be tapping into to wire the wiring harness. We can go ahead and access most of the wires directly right here in this area. The first thing we want to do is to go ahead and probe the wires to determine which function each wire carries. The first thing we want to do is to test for our left-turn signal. And it appears to be this light green wire coming directly out of the harness. Then we want to find our right-turn signal, which appears to be the tan wire that is feeding over to the passengers side. Then we want to find the brake line, which again appears to be the white wire with the tan stripe. And then the last thing we need to find is our running lights, and that appears to be the black wire with the yellow stripe. Then on our harness here, we are just going to go ahead and make our connections to the wires that we just found. The yellow wire is going to be our left-turn signal wire. The white is, again, going to be the ground, which we want to use that common grounding point right over here. The brown wire was our running-light feed, the red wire was our brake feed, and our green wire is our right-turn feed. more

Today we are going to install part number 28406 from Tow Ready. We are going to install this on a 2007 Chrysler 300C. The first step we have to do is get into a trunk area. Then we need to take off these wing nuts to take out this carpeting and expose the wiring that we need to get to. We need to do that on both sides. There is a little plastic fastener that would help for it to come apart too. There is the wiring we need to get to right there. Now pull back this trunk panel right here, exposing the battery and spare tire. Then we will take the wing nut on the other side and get to the wiring there too. Lastly we are going to take off this interior panel right here. Starting on our driver side, we will go ahead and disconnect here and install our T-connector. Simply push this red button out the way, press on the end, and it comes right apart. more

Today we are going to install part number 118303 from Tow Ready. We are going to install this on a 2003 Chrysler Pacifica. Our first step is to go ahead and open up the tailgate and then remove the tail lights from the vehicle. These tabs can be loosened up and then we disconnect the tail light. Then go ahead and repeat for the other side. Next what we have to get to is the power lead for the wireless harness. That is hidden behind the grommet here. It is this red wire right here. We are going to run the connector from the inside and put a simple slit in the grommet here that way. Then you may go ahead and put a slit in the grommet. Then we go ahead and put our wiring the passenger side and it down behind the bumper in the body. Just let that go all the way through. We will route that on the bottom of the vehicle to the other side. We will also put the 4 pole down into and through the body as well. Then we will go ahead and hook up our power lead. Now we hook up our connectors like the one between the tail light and the wiring harness. Then go ahead and connect the tail light. Push those red tabs so that they lock back into place. more

First thing we need to do is access the trunk area. Lift up the back flap here and remove the rear threshold piece, there are four pop rivets holding it in place. We pull back the threshold on the passenger side, it will reveal the connection point for the wiring harness. Once we locate the connection point we want to flip back this red tab, which is holding it in place, and push the button down on the topside and pull the connectors apart. This time we want to take the t wiring harness and plug it into this. more
