Wiring Harness Installation - 2002 Acura RSX - Video

Wiring Harness Installation - 2002 Acura RSX

Today we are going to be installing wiring harness part number 119175 from Cequent on a 2002 Acura RSX. OK, we are inside the trunk area now, and I have gone ahead and removed the spare tire to gain a little bit more room to work with here. But the wires that we are going to need to be tapping into are located directly behind the tail light assembly here on the inboard. And you can actually see there is a little bit of a cover here that we can actually take and pull back, and that will give us full access here to the wires that we need to tap into. I am also going to need to remove this middle threshold piece as well. This particular model actually has a factory plug on it that is specific for the tow package. There is a little plug right here. What we can actually do is test each one of the functions that are in there. And we will hardwire directly into it. more

Wiring Harness Installation - 2007 Acura MDX

If you are planning to tow a boat or trailer with your MDX you will need a wiring harness to power the trailers lights and turn signals. Luckily we have a custom made wiring harness just for the MDX. This harness provides a flat four pole plug for the trailer and quickly plugs into the waiting tow package port on the MDX. When you are not towing anything the plug is stored in the jack storage compartment keeping it safe from the elements and road debris. Watch this quick video we prepared to get an even better idea on what you need to do to get ready to tow. more
