Westin Bull Bar Installation - Video

Today we are going to install part number 32-2210 from Westin. It is the Bull bar assembly we will be installing on a 2008 Toyota FJ Cruiser. To start our install we will have to install some brackets onto the frame itself and they are tucked up pretty far up in here on the brace that holds the bumper up. There are 2 existing holes so what you need to do is drop 2 bolts into the bumper bracket from the top all the way down through the bottom and it comes with these long bolts to do it with. Now to install one of 2 brackets. There is going to be one here and one is going to have an out rigger from here going out to this bracket to the assembly right here. We do not want to tighten them up yet, we just want to leave them snug so that we have some working room. Next this bracket has to get installed behind it. Then it gets bolted to this assembly here. And then this bracket gets bolted to a threaded hole that is already inside the assembly here. more

Westin Billet Grille Installation - 2007 Toyota FJ Cruiser - Video

Well first start off with part # 34-0850. To install this, its very easy it only requires four toggle bolts, weve already installed three, so with the last one well show you how they go together. The grille cover simply just sits over the original cover and the toggle bolts go behind it and snap into place. Now were going to show you a another grille for the FJ Cruiser, part # 34-0840. This grille bolts on just as the previous part did. This is alternate part # 34-0830, this part lets the Toyota insignia stand out. As you can see all of these grilles will make your vehicle stand out among the rest. Well cover the part numbers one more time. 34-0850 is the bumper grille on the bottom, the grille we have showing right now is part # 34-0830 which is the one that shows the logo. Finally 34-0840 that one does cover up the Toyota insignia. more

Westin Billet Grille Installation - 2005 Nissan Pathfinder - Video

First thing, this does cover up the Nissan logo so that has to be removed before installation, luckily that just snaps off. Next step is to get your grille out and inspect it, it looks really nice and the next thing that needs to happen is install the hardware. The hardware is relatively simple, all it consists of is a bolt and toggle bolt assembly. Thats all it takes, you just have three more and it just pushes right into the grille. Next is to put the grille into place and push the toggles through the grille and they will latch onto the other side. Once you have it set in place, all it takes is a screwdriver to tighten them down and hold them while you do it so you keep them where you want them. The other two grilles on the side mount the same way, well install those. There you have a nice easy to use, easy to install edition to your vehicle, it enhances the look almost instantaneously. more
