Today on this 2006 Saturn Ion we are going to install part number 24734 from Draw-Tite. This also applies to part number 60989 from Hidden Hitch. Looking up at the passenger side of the vehicle the hitch is going to mount to the frame through this area right here. There are no existing holes for the hitch to attach to so we will end up drilling those out, using the hitch as a template. Now looking at the drivers side, the hitch will mount the same way as the passenger side, we will have to drill some holes in the frame to mount it up. more

Today on this 2003 Saturn Vue we will be installing Draw-Tite hitch part number 36408. This installation will also apply to hitch part number 90145. Okay we are underneath the vehicle and we are going to go ahead and and point out the attaching points. Here at the bottom of the bumper we have got two existing holes those are going to provide the two attaching points for the center of the trailer hitch. Then here on the outboard side of the frame we have two existing weld nuts here. These weld nuts are on both sides of the vehicle are going to provide the attachment points to the frame itself. more

Today we are going to install part number 75434 from Draw-Tite. And we are going to install this hitch on a 2006 Saturn Vue. This install also applies to part number 87135 from Hidden Hitch. First off, we will show you where the hitch mounts onto the vehicle. The first spot we are going to show you is right here at the bumper. There are two square holes, here and here. We will have to pull hardware from the edge of the bumper from the inside out to install that hardware right there. And then the hitch will wrap around the edge of the plastic here and bolt up to the bumper. The second spot is going to be in the side of the frame. And on the side of the frame, it is going to use these two holes right here: here and here. Now, sometimes they get clogged up with dirt, so it is a good idea to spray it down with some cleaner to get out all of the loose junk that accumulates in there. And the last place the hitch mounts up is going to be right here in this bottom oval hole on the bottom of the frame, and it is going to do that on both sides of the vehicle. Sometimes you will find dirt and junk in the way, like this just coming through the body panel here. Sometimes it will get in the way of installing the hitch. If it does, just go ahead and just scrape it off. more

The Saturn Outlook has a lot of room but if you need more storage space for a trip or want to tow your boat you will love how easy they made it to install a receiver hitch. The custom trailer hitches can be installed without any drilling and bolt up in minutes. The exhaust will need to be temporarily lowered but our video will show you exactly what to do. Once the hitch has been installed and the exhaust placed back into position you will be ready for a cargo carrier, bike rack or to tow a trailer more
