Today we are going to install part number 24797 on our 2007 Kia Rondo. This also applies to part number 60874. Before we start our install anything we have to lower the exhaust right here. That requires taking off the rubber hanger here and the one on the backside here and there is one more towards the front. We installed this strap here so that when we bring the exhaust down it will be held in place by the straps. What we will do is spray the hangers with WD40 so that they slide off the exhaust a little easier. The other item here is the shipping bracket right here. It has to come off and stay off for the hitch install. What we need to do is take off these bolts on the end of the frame rail of these 2 and the bottom one on the drivers side. more

You guys did great! Ordered a hitch and bike rack for my Toyota Sienna on Weds, order shipped out Thurs and I received on Mon. Everything was intacked. Box was torn but its understandable since it is quite heavy and bulky to handle. Nothing was damaged so I installed the hitch that afternoon with no problems.
