Today we are installing part number 60830 which is a Hidden Hitch Class I Trailer Hitch. We are installing it on a 2004 Cadillac CTS. This also applies for Draw Tites part number 24767. First up you have to open up the back trunk to find where you way to get to the floor. This has to come out and this carpet has to come out also. Then this plastic panel should come out next. Then what we do is drag the rubber hangers off the exhaust so we can lower it and have some more room to work. We got our exhaust lowered and pulled out of the way. We had to pull it sideways so that we had to tie down and pull them to the sides. Now we hold our hitch up into place then mark the hitch with white paint so can drill our holes. This would be a very good time for a second pair of hands to help you hold up the hitch while the other marks the holes. more
