All right, today we are going to show you part number TL2021-TL006-TL2021 from ToyLok. As you can see here we have got the parts laid out from the kit. On the right hand side you can see we have the ToyLok itself and the other pieces surrounding it are the install kit. To cover some of the pieces more in detail here, there is actually two different options to installing the bracket to the truck. This bracket itself will actually mount to the top of the rail and this part will be on the inside of the bed. Next is a rubber cover, like a sticker basically, that adheres to the back of the bracket so it protects the finish on the truck. Nice little detail there. This actually installs into the steak pocket of the truck bed itself. There is two options. One is a conventional rubber block and the metal plate on the bottom where the bolt goes through and expands the block so you cannot pull it back out. more

Today we are going to show you part number TL2021-TL006 from ToyLok. All right, we have got our bikes in the bed of the truck. We are going to lock those down. We are just going to pull out our cable, pull out as much as we need. It does have a little latch on it so it keeps it from going back all the way in. And we are just going to put it through our frames. And double wrap them however you want to do it. And in this case we are simply going to just go around the frames themselves and maybe go through the fork like so. Back through the other bike, and then back down to our ToyLok. You can use the lock that came with it or you can use your favorite lock if you have one already. And then you can take your cable and then take out the slack. Now these bikes are properly secured to the truck and definitely will not go anywhere after this. more

Today we are going to show you part number 8351D from Master Lock. This is their Smart Bracket Universal U-Lock and Cable Lock carrier bracket. One bracket comes with each of these, and it is fairly simple onto install onto a bike. You simply just put it on the frame, you slide your lock in through the mechanism there, and we will show you how all that is done momentarily. But first we are going to show you how this actually operates. Now, as you can see here, the brackets go in through the back here. You can see, this is where you tighten them up with a flathead screwdriver, like so. Righty tighty, lefty loosey. After you remove this from the bracket itself, this is what you will be fitting the locking mechanism through. Like this, it operates with flathead screws, which allow you to open it as wide as you need to for whatever you need to. Now, just on a quick note here, it comes with two of these top parts here, one for 12-mm diameter and smaller or the larger 13-mm diameter and larger. What is nice about this one, as opposed to conventional wheel locks, is that this one has four points of contact instead of two. This unit is made of all steel construction and a rubberized coating to keep from scratching or messing up any of the plastic in the interior of your vehicle. It is a pretty simple device to install and we will show you how. The first thing we want to do before we install the lock is make sure it is collapsed all the way shut like so. Now we will install it on our steering wheel and spread it apart. Lets pull it out slowly until it reaches both sides and fits relatively snug. Now you take your key and lock it in place. With the lock in place obviously you have a hard time steering the wheel if they happen to get in. There you have it for part # 238DAT the four hook steering wheel lock by Master Lock. more

What this device does is connect between your steering wheel and break pedal. It provides additional security so, in case someone does get into your vehicle, they will not be able to drive anywhere with it. This unit does come as all steel construction with a padded hook that goes around your steering wheel. Now we will show you how it works by installing the product. To show you how this goes on, it is a pretty simple device. This part down here gets wrapped around the break pedal and this part here is wrapped around the steering wheel. As a first step that you want to do before you lock up is you want to tilt the steering wheel down all the way. The first thing to do with the lock is disconnect the two pieces with the key. Then, this bottom end goes around the break pedal like so and you want to end up with the key pointing to the outside. Now we take the second half, it backs into the lock and at the same have the hook with the padded end go around the steering wheel. Now take your key, turn it the opposite way and the vehicle cannot be driven because you cannot steer the wheel for one and you cannot apply the brakes. There you have it for part # 256DAT, the pedal lock from Master Lock. more

Also at the end you will see there is a flashing LED that will make it look like you have an extra security device on it. Now we will show you how it installs. It is pretty easy. You just put it over the center and spread it apart and when you get it to your desired length, you just push the button. Now you push this little blue button to make it official. To uninstall it, you simply turn your key until the lock pops back out and you are done. There you have it for part # 263DAT, the TI3 high security steering wheel lock. more

To take it apart you just twist the key and the whole thing comes apart like so. Then you put it on your tire which can be on this side or this side, push it together as tight as you can, it stays out only about that far, take out the key and it cannot come off. Now we will show you on an actual tire how it mounts up, we will use a regular tire. For reference we are going to be using a use a ST-20575-D15. Now that you can see it is clamped together in place, we will show you how easy it is to unlock it. Just a simple twist of the key and it comes right apart. One thing we would like to point out on this lock is that it has two different halves to it. It is marked pretty clearly which size tires you can use. The wheel size 12-15 inch would be here, then on a larger size up to 20 inch rims would be used on this side. So it is a nice feature and handy to tell you which side to use. This is a wheel lock that will fit most 15 inch tires and wheels, like 205 size, 215, S78 and H78 wheels. Well show you the operation of this lock, its pretty easy simply flip it over to the side and this little knob here you hold one side and hold the key on the other. Then you just split them apart and it comes out in two pieces and the assembly is almost like a pair of scissors or a clamp. It opens up to fit whatever side you need and I know its kind of hard to see according to the different size tire, different holes will line up. If you want it this wide the pin will go through there, about that wide, and even smaller will go right there. Thats how it adjusts between your different wheel widths. This lock is for carrier to receiver security. Well show you how it assembles first, then well show you the lock applied to a bicycle rack. First you have to open the hatch so we can the core, then you take off the back plug, and then we take our core and put our pass key in. After the core is secure, test the lock with the other set of keys. Now well try it on the pin. Since we have a bike rack installed on our two inch receiver, well show you how this works. We have our example here of a typical hitch and a bicycle rack assembly. What we will go over is what the actual parts replace on the hitch. First we will demonstrate how the lock itself works. We will go ahead and show them installed and show you how they look then. Here we have our common 1 1/4 inch receiver hitch and simply the bolt just goes right through to the other side. You put the lock on and just twist it together as far as it will go and back off a half or quarter turn and the key comes apart more

Today we are going to show you a lock from Master Lock, a trailer coupler lock part # 377DAT. We will show you how to operate the lock. You simply turn the key, pull back the shackle, install on the coupler and push the shackle back in. This lock is not limited to the coupler you see here, it will work with all couplers that have this phalange around it, and as long as you can insert the ball you will be fine. This is the Master Lock trailer coupler lock, part # 377DAT. more

It is a simple device really. The key locks and unlocks it. When you unlock it, the slide comes out where the ball would be in the coupler. When you want to lock back on to the coupler, you push it back as far as you can and turn the key and it will not go anywhere. We will show you how it works with a few different couplers. You unlock it like that, if you can latch the coupler and slide it together at the same time. That way it is locked here and it cannot go anywhere. The pin is already in, so take the key out and that is not going anywhere. Now we will show you how it works on an A frame coupler. It is pretty much the same thing; slide it on, latch it down, run it as close as possible like so and there you have it. No one can get a ball in there and take off with your trailer. Now we will show you how it attaches to a 2-5/16 coupler. As you can see this lock will fit a variety of different couplers. To cover that we started with a 1-7/8 coupler and moved our way up to a 2 inch then finished with a 2-5/16. All different couplers, and this worked on all of them just fine. more

We will show you the operation of this lock, it is a pretty simple device. Basically you take this coke machine key, pop it open, and as you can see there is a little rod in there that popped out. That is the rod that does all the work when you put it on your kingpin, it holds it in place so it does not come off. We are going to install it so we can show you how it works that way as well. Go ahead and unlock it first, it slides on, push the button back down, and it cannot come off. To remove it is a simple reverse procedure, and that covers it for part # 50222. more

We will start off by showing you the actual locking mechanism itself. It has three positions. One obviously has a locked position. The second is the unlocked position which as you can see it goes in and out relatively freely. The middle position here is the ratchet position so you can go to unlock it and just ratchet it in like it is supposed to and then lock it. And that is pretty much the operation of it. Now we will show you its use on an actual coupler. There you have it, it is in the locked position and it is not going anywhere. To unlock, you put the key back in, and reverse the process. We will cover some of the advantages of this coupler lock. Obviously one thing is it guards against trailer tow away theft. more

This is a simple to use lock. It is intended for trigger style coupler latches, like this. You see about a half inch span at the most. What this does is the key goes through there, like any other lock, and the pin comes apart. You slide through the latch, push the pin back in and there you are. It is simply installed and your coupler will not come off the ball. There you have it for part # 605DAT, the MasterLock solid brass coupler lock. more

This is an all stainless steel lock that is good for 5/8 inch spans and 1 inch and 2 inch spans across the latch of your coupler. We will show you how it works. You simply put the key in, give it a turn and it comes out like so. Now we will show you on a couple different latches how it works. We will do it first on our own trigger latch which is pretty common. It just goes through the lock hole on the latch, take the key out of the lock and slide it all the way up until you cannot move it. It stops at the first dent-in so it will not go anywhere. We will also show you another common coupler with a 2 inch span across the latch. It goes all the way through like so, push it on and you are set. There you have it for part # 2847DAT from MasterLock. more

Well show you the operation of the lock, its pretty easy. The key goes in and it works like a screwdriver. It just unscrews like so, then we can put it on our coupler. You put this through the lock hole on the coupler, which is typical of these latch style couplers. It just goes through then screw it together with the key, back it off a little bit with a turn. There you have it, locked into place and on the ball. Thats part # 63225 or #3008, the Tow Ready coupler lock. more
