Valley Multi-Purpose Ballmount Demonstration
This ballmount is designed to tow and carry accessories such as bicycle racks and cargo carriers at the same time with a trailer. Now we'll show you proper usage. It simply installs into the hitch like any other ballmount and you can add you accessories on top of that. One thing we should note about the ballmount part of this device is this shank is a one inch shank that uses a variety of ballmounts. Just remember that the towing capacity of this draw bar is only 5,000 pounds with 500 pounds tongue weight. Now we'll show you how a bicycle rack will reside on top of the ball. As you can see this is a versatile ballmount, you can use two things at the same time. Just a couple things you want to make sure of before you use this ballmount. On the tongue rating, you only have 500 pounds of tongue weight, make sure your hitch can carry that amount and make sure that your trailer and your bicycle rack with the bicycles on does not go over 500 pounds. This is part # V75090, the multi-purpose ballmount from Valley.
